As part of their hiring process, the Company shall conduct background checks concerning my previous employment and other information that may be useful in making a hiring decision. I hereby therefore consent and authorize The Company and/or their designated agents to make such inquiries, and I authorize without reservation, the use of this information to determine a hiring decision. I also release Nexus Green Limited and the provider of such information from any and all liabilities arising from the inquiries and disclosure of the requested information about me. This information is provided solely for purposes of conducting a background check. I will allow a photocopy/fax/email/WhatsApp copy of this authorization to be as valid as the original document.
